Sugar Gum Rise Tariff and Availability

Low Season
(1 May 2010 to 30 September 2010)

  • $110 for the first 2 people per night
  • Each additional person is $30 per night
  • A 2 night minimum stay is required

High Season
(1 October 2010 to 30 April 2011)

  • $135 for the first 2 people per night
  • Each additional person is $45 per night
  • A 2 night minimum stay is required

Please note - Included in the tariff are linen and towels. Guests will have to bring food/alcohol and there is a general store which sells food, alcohol, hardware and fuel on the road below the property. There is no spa as the house is serviced by 2 x 5000 gallon rain water tanks.
 
Cancellation Policy
A non-refundable deposit of 25% is required within 7 days of booking to secure your reservation. The balance must be paid at least one month prior to stay (3 months for High Season bookings). Cancellations must be made in writing and any cancellations made within final payment period result in a loss of deposit and 50% of the balance. Cancellations made outside final payment period result in a loss of deposit
